Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS

In the event of any cancellation by you, the initial deposit amount paid shall stand forfeited and further cancellation shall be levied as per the following terms.

 2.                          45 to 31 days                                    50% of the tour cost + Air/Rail/Taxi Cancellation Charges.

 3.                          30 to 15 days                                   80% of the tour cost + Air/Rail/Taxi Cancellation Charges.

 4.                        less than 15 days                              100% of the tour cost + Air/Rail/Taxi Cancellation Charges. i.e


No refund will be given and participant will be considered as No Show.
No Cancellation will be entertained in the Peak Season.
Amendment in dates will be treated as cancellation.

 
A.  Tiger Safari Expedition reserves the right to expel the participant if found him or her physically unfit or if  he or she is misbehaving during the entire journey/tour.

B. Consumption of drugs, smoking, and alcohol is strictly prohibited. Leaving anywhere in the forest, forts, trekking route, river-rafting site, in passenger vehicle is not allowed. Use of abusive language will not be allowed.
 

C. Tiger Safari Expedition will not be responsible for the loss of the personal belongings of the participant. We advise the participant not carry any costly or valuable things with them during the journey.

 

D.  Tiger Safari Expedition reserves the right to increase the charges, alter the program i.e. number of days, trek routes,wild life safari schedule due to bad weather, lack of transport facilities, any unforeseen reasons that are beyond our control. Such decision will be binding and acceptable to all.
 
E.  All disputes pertaining to travel and travel related services conducted by Tiger Safari Expedition and any other claim arising are subject to Jabalpur Jurisdiction only.
 
NOTE :  THE STANDARD CHECK IN TIME WILL BE ACCORDING TO THE RESORT/HOTEL RULES. EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT IS STRICTLY SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND MAY BE CHARGEABLE  BY RESORT/HOTEL. ANY EARLY CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT REQUEST MUST BE DIRECTED AND RECONFIRMED WITH RESORT/HOTEL DIRECTLY.
     
  * Detail of the cab/taxi shall be sent via SMS directly to the guest when the vehicle is released. Kindly confirm details of pickup/drop with the driver.
 
  * Any loss to the Resort/Hotel property will be charged directly by Resort/Hotel.
 
  * Safari Zone cannot be guaranteed. It is subject to availability & cannot be cancelled once booked. (Includes: Safari permit, Gypsy & Guide fees).
 
  * Add-on can only be done as per mponline norms/rules.
 
  * Apart from above, in some cases like tickets in Special Train, Resort or Hotel booking during the peak season (Diwali, Dusshera, Holi, Christmas, New Year, Long Weekends etc.) full payment in advance will be required in advance. No refund for bookings during peak/festive season.
